Highlights

Once we got back from our trip, the most common questions asked were “What was your favorite country?” and “What was your favorite thing that you did?” Those kind of questions are like picking your favorite kid…you can’t compare one to the other because each country was unique and special in its own way. Check out our highlights to see why we can’t pick just one…

Mexico

We spent a total of three months in Mexico exploring both Baja and the mainland. Of course, Baja is beautiful but if you’re looking for a true Mexican experience…the mainland is where it’s at.

Belize

This country speaks English, accepts USD and has a landscape of farmland and beaches. Belize had a lot to offer on the land but the underwater world was next level.

Guatemala

By far the most cultural country we visited with an explosion of color and textiles. Not to mention, the country where we had our most epic adventure. Guatemala has a lot to offer!

El Salvador

One of the biggest surprises of all the countries we visited, El Salvador was rich in friendly people and beautiful places.

Honduras

A country we were gonna skip altogether, Honduras turned out to be a highlight and hidden gem within Central America.

Nicaragua

We can safely say that we had some of the coolest experiences in the country that was the most challenging to get in to.

Costa Rica

This country brought it when it came to incredible landscapes and monkey interactions. We immediately understood why Costa Rica’s tagline is “Pura Vida.”

Panama

Our last country of our trip did not disappoint. Panama has more to offer than just the Panama Canal. It’s highlands were just as beautiful as it’s beaches.
